Hello I’m Agani, welcome this quick BDO guide. In this guide we will be going over the different ways to find people and places in the wonderful world of black desert online. When playing black desert it is important to go out of your way to explore the world. You have to have actually been somewhere or found a specific NPC before you can use the in-game tools to find them again. The real benefit to exploring however is that you gain actual in-game knowledge. That knowledge is tied into the energy system. But more about that in a different guide. To find an NPC with a specific function, you can use the NPC finder. The NPC finder button is located on the top-right side of the screen, next to the mini-map. On the top part of the NPC finder window you select the specific function you want. If you press the stable button for example, it will make an auto path to the closest stable and mark it on the map.

If you know the name of the specific NPC you want to find, you can type that name in the text box at the bottom of the window. But be aware that some NPCS have a way of being in more then one place at once. The second use-full tool is located in the top left corner of the map. In the first text box you can search for a specific nodes. For example, if you type the word “Mansha”, it will show you all the nodes with “Mansha” in the name.

If you click on the search result it will move the map over to the location of the node. In the second text box you can search for a specific craft-able item. If you type in the name of an item and press the find button. It will give you a list of all the workshops that can be used to craft that item. The last text box in the list can be used to find a specific building type.

Just type in the name of the building you want, press find and it will give you a list of all the buildings of that type in the world. I Hope this video was in anyway useful to you. If it was please press like, please type a comment. This was Agani, I wish you a nice day and the best of luck in all your endeavors.
