Hello and welcome to another for honor breakdown video, today we’re gonna be looking at the peacekeeper hero Class. The peacekeeper belongs to the Knights, and knowing ubsioft they probably copied the model from one of the assassins creed games. You are also able to play but not customise the peacekeeper from the start, if you wish to customise it will cost steel to unlock. Classed as an assassin hero, its agile and a master of counter attacks. Time to check out the peacekeeper feats. Every hero has four tiers of feats available to them, each tier has 3 abilities that can either be passive or activated by the directional pad. You will have to forgive if some of the icons display incorrectly, beta is beta after all. Remember that feats unlock in tiers, once a tier is fully unlocked you move on to the next.

The first tier of feats has 3 passives The first feat is bounty hunter, this causes your hero to regain some health and stamina when you kill another hero. The 2nd feat is Conqueror, this allows you to capture and upgrade control zones faster The 3rd and final feat in tier 1 is Stealth, a passive that hides you from the hud, radar and aim assist. The second tier of feats has 1 active and 2 passive abilities. The 1st feat is Fiat Lux, this allows you to throw a flash grenade at an area temporarily blinding your enemies. Perfect for making a quick getaway. The 2nd feat is Thick skin, a passive the gives you moderate damage reduction. The 3rd and final feat in tier 2 revenge attacks, this passively causes your attacks to fill the revenge meter. The third tier of feats has 3 active abilities. The 1st feat is Crossbow, allowing you to fire a bolt for medium damage The 2nd feat is Pugno Mortis, allowing you to throw an explosive that deals moderate damage in an area.

The 3rd and final feat in tier 3 is Sharpen blade, whilst active this causes attacks to place a damage over time debuff on the enemy. The 4th and final tier of feats has 1 passive and 2 active abilities. The 1st feat is fear itself. Whilst active nearby enemies have lower stamina regeneration and lower defences. The 2nd feat is catapult, calls down a catapult strike over an area that deals massive damage, beware this takes a moment land once fired. The 3rd and final feat is Last laugh, a passive that drops a high damage grenade when you die. Time to check out the peacekeeper hero specific traits. Renown and revenge mode appear to be available to all classes. Defence Reflex causes your guard stance to only be active for a limited time, placing a higher emphasis on timing your blocks. Deflect is triggered by dodging in the direction of an attack just before impact, this manoeuvre automatically guardbreaks the enemy.

Dagger cancel allows you to cancel any heavy attack during its start up with a light attack that causes a bleed. Stab cancel allows you to back away from the enemy by pressing x in between stabs And your zone attack can be cancelled by pressing b after the first attack. Lets check out the peacekeeper fighting style in action. Swift and lethal, but strikes from short rage. Use your high mobility to counter enemies and back away safely When guard locked, activate your block by moving the right stick in the direction of the incoming attack, timing is key as your blocks last a very short time.

This is your major drawback for being able to inflict such high damage. The peacekeeper has 3 attack chains Twisting blades, two light attacks followed by a heavy Dervish strikes, a light followed by a heavy attack And sword dance, two heavy attacks in a row. As always switch between guards to confuse your enemy When surrounded press both light and heavy attack to perform a zone attack. Whilst sprinting press x to perform a slipping lunge Combine a front dodge with a heavy attack to perform a dashing thrust Combine a sideways dodge and a heavy strike to counter your enemies attacks with a sidestep strike. Use a light attack after a heavy attack to surprise the enemy with a dagger cancel and apply bleed Light attack up to 3 times after using a guardbreak to stab the enemy and apply bleed If the stabs aren’t timed correctly, you will be thrown out of guardbreak, so timing is key Combine your high mobility and multiple bleed attacks to put the pressure on your enemies and keep them at bay Once you have a bleed ticking away, back away until its expired and jump back in to re apply the bleed, slowly draining your enemies health Light attack quickly after a heavy hit to follow up with a guaranteed dagger combo that also applies bleed Dodge in the direction of an incoming attack to perform a deflect Light attack quickly after a deflect for a guaranteed riposting stab that applies bleed and also has an awesome animation Press x during a heavy attack to cancel into a guardbreak and connect a stab Press a during a heavy attack to cancel into a dodge to escape, connect a dashing thrust or perform a sidestep strike Press x after a stab to back away from the enemy Use this to surprise the enemy, reset combat or to escape.
