What’S up guys Anders here with another video for you today, we’re gon na take a look at the global labs, PC patch notes. Since a lot of things came out this week, they also even had an extra patch for the global labs this week on Valentine’s and no less so we’re gon na go over all of that and specifically dive into the new guy fan. Razia: rework. They changed a lot of things over there, but first thing I want to talk about is the mystic succession. It’S been buffed, I made a video about it, so you can check that out on the channel a lot of good things. Overall, I know a lot of people are still saying and still not good enough. It’S not broken the way I see it is that the mystic succession, from where we first saw it it was very bad. It was probably the worst succession I’ve seen to date and now, with the I guess, the buffed revamp that they’ve done for the class.
It’S just basically adding super armor, some frontal guard and a couple of cancels to the class and made it a little bit better. I don’t think it’s very good. I don’t think it’s overpowered. I think it’s more of a 1v1 high skill ceiling succession class. So if you like kind of the Street Fighter kind of Tekken style, you want a class like that. I think mystic succession is basically that class right there. It felt very much like a fighting game playing mystic succession right now with the buff, so it feels really nice to play. I don’t think it’s very powerful. There are a lot of gaps still, I don’t think it’s very good in PvE, either again we won’t see what damage output she does really until she hits live server. She could still get more buffs, of course, but I don’t think she’s bad bad is what she was a week ago now she’s, I guess mediocre, which is better than bad.
Ok, if you want to see more of the skills and different changes, you can check out the mystic succession video now, as for the guardian succession, it was released this week and test server, so you can check out that video as well to test to see what A guardian succession has to offer. I also showed some PvP as well against, maybe not some favorable matchups, which is just me, giving you an idea of what to expect a worst case scenario, but Gordon succession, not even like two days since the release of test server came out with another patch buffing Guardian succession, which is insane so attack, speed of all succession skills, have been increased by 10 %, so it’s 10 percent faster they’re resistant fluff that she got from one of the skills. I guess slight nerf went down to five percent from 10 percent, not really a big deal. To be honest.
Now the the crazy one is that all defense increase on her steroid now gives 100 DP to allies. Instead of was 50 DP in the past, or I guess two days ago now – it’s 100 DP, that’s that’s pretty huge as well, and multiple skills now linked faster with one another. So it’s a lot more smooth to play, so it’s faster, smoother and does insane DP increases for your allies, pretty good Guardian succession. It does some hefty damage already as well. So I think Guardian in general, right now is pretty strong. So with this succession, I think a lot of people that enjoyed the accident shield play style are gon na, be a lot happier, and you don’t have to wait that long compared to others. Who’Ve, you know played, for example, warrior for a long time and had to wait for more succession for so long. So it’s interesting that we’re getting Guardian succession, so quick, it’s good for those that are interested in the class, but didn’t maybe like the awakening, which apparently there’s a lot of those people. Now, apart from Guardian succession being buffed, we also got LAN Succession buffs as well on Valentine’s, I was expecting actual nerfs for a long succession. I know she came out in Korea.
I haven’t actually seen what the Korean players are talking about, LAN succession. I know I personally thought that she was completely busted and damaged way too much PvP damage, and so what does pearl abyss? Do she got 36 percent more pvp damage as a buff? That’S that’s what happened so I have no idea. Maybe did they shadow nerf her when she came to live servers I don’t know. I haven’t really seen many lawns in salon succession. You know at high gear levels actually place, so I don’t know that seems really skeptical as to why they’re actually doing that, maybe they’re. So they’re, seeing in their data that it’s not just not doing enough damage, not just that Salvage PPP damage has increased by 21 percent, which is also crazy.
The range of max strikes has also increased some more range on certain skills. Stamina, consumption of spring breeze has also increased, which is okay, understandable. Her stamina consumption was not that big a deal so giving her more stamina, consumption makes sense, makes sense, and overall she has faster skull. Animations. That’S some crazy, good buffs. So, like PvP damage increase by 36 %, what I still can’t understand it we’ll see, I mean she’s coming soon the live servers in global, so outside of Korea. Probably next week, maybe probably we’re gon na get lon succession. So don’t know if we’ll get this buff, because this buff will probably probably live in Korea next week. So if we get lon succession, we won’t be getting the buff. At the same time, the same thing happened with wizard, in which this week we got wizard in which succession and a lot of people are like this is garbage. This is terrible, which is understandable, but all the wizard in which buffs are coming next week, because Korea got it this week, that’s kind of how it goes we’re kind of a week behind in terms of how we’re getting these updates. But hopefully everything smoothes out we’ll see what lawn succession has to offer.
I’M worried, but we’ll see if you’re Ilan, you probably gon na, be happy. Next up we have the paddocks island, the 290 AP grind zone added. I made a video about that as well, and I share basically what you guys are saying: 290 AP, that’s a lot of gear 17 K trash loop, that’s not a lot, and you have to spend money to keep grinding here, basically, which is tedious. It’S also tedious to get there. It’S also. I agree, I’m not very imaginative, you know basically taking the same mobs we’ve had for years and then just making them bigger and then there you go new zone. I do agree with that. It’S a little lazy, but it is interesting that they’re going back in doing all these new zones that are just basically the old zones but stronger. I like that, because that it tells me that something’s, coming probably massive gear increase in some way, maybe with black star armor. These spots are gon na, be more viable for people who haven’t been playing as long you know, tune on the AP is not easy to get. Maybe 5 % at most of the population has this gear so yeah. Hopefully we see something. Let us know what exactly parla base is thinking with making all these 290 AP 280 AP zones.
We don’t even have old, Aleta yet so orderly that could bring obviously different variations of grinds, those that are not all like 298 P or 300 AP and, of course, Geffen razia temple was reworked, so guy fan Razia used to be a 250 AP party zone. Now it’s a 270 AP party zone and these steps are the monsters of the guy fan. Razia temple have increased, they have 100 percent more health. They have 5 percent more damage. They have 7 percent increase in defense, okay, they’re stronger. Why are they stronger because they’ve completely revamped the area, so I’m showing you kind of before and after before? Obviously, on live servers right now and after is what is on a test server so before you can see that I mean the southeast of the zone, and you can see that it’s very typical there’s only a few mobs, a lot of statues that don’t actually move.
Then, later on, you’ll see that lately there’s a lot more monsters that are active and they activate a lot faster. So that’s what they’ve done they’ve made them stronger. Why have they made them stronger? Well because, as I said, the guy fan Razia mobs are the highest XP per mob in the game, so because there’s a lot more they’ve had to make them harder to kill, but also the battle experience. As I said, the combat XP of these monsters has been reduced by 50 %, so it’s half the XP that you were getting before and the skill experiece by 100 %, but because this is a party spot, although, honestly with enough gear, you can solo, it they’re. Essentially, faster to activate so 30 % faster, there’s, more actual, combat type monsters and not as many statues. So there’s more density and you can essentially make it a more of a combat grind zone.
The the thing with guys and Razia was that it wasn’t really being used. They even talked about how Razia was like the first party grind spot that they introduced and they were very proud of it. But it was really hard for people to grind there because you needed a lot of gear, so they introduced me remark as well and again that’s had the same issue and then they reworked me remark to be what it is now and a lot of people go To Mira Munk, obviously, but no one goes to Goff and Razia died. Fandral said you’re go for maybe solo XP. If you have the gear, it’s just growing to 63 64 and a more like solo manner and no-one’s really grinding their party-wise. It just makes no sense right now, so what they want to do is kind of make it viable again, so the extra density is gon na help with that 50 % less xp for combat is a lot so yeah we’ll see how good the XP is.
It’S hard to gauge the XP on test on test server. We don’t have enough buffs, you know, I’m using the the characters, aren’t the same as on live, so it’s hard to gauge how exactly how much XP you’re gon na get so we’ll see. I don’t honestly, I don’t think we’ll get this anytime soon either, maybe in a month or so, but if it career gets in next week, we can then sieve towards Korea and see what they’re doing and see if the Korean players are gravitating towards Razia. Once again now, moving on to ocean contents, so the added the ability to trade tier four trade items for ocean coins on some islands, that’s good. The bargaining power has been adjusted and the McCrory afloat area and the Valencia Islands they say, adjust it.
So they don’t say if it’s more or less and the number of items that can be obtained when killing sea monsters has increased, so they gave you more loot and the loot table for sea monsters has changed to include more caracals. That’S very good! So if you want to kill monsters and get caracals faster, that’s a way to do it, so it will help you get to the character doing this method, I’m not sure about the bargaining power, since I really haven’t done bartering in a while. But if you do bartering still actively, let me know if you’re on test server. Of course, if the bargaining power adjustment in Valencia Islands and in the McGorry afloat areas is actually a good thing or a bad thing, I said I think it’s gon na be a bad thing because they seem to be nerfing. This bartering quite heavily all in anticipation for and you sort of exchange npc.
I don’t know what they’re gon na be offering, but they seem to be really trying to to nerf bartering more and more every week and finally, the loot scroll has been buffed, so the loot school itself hasn’t been buffed. Okay, so I have to kind of go in there and then clarify. Ok, solutes grows the same, but now it works in party grind areas, so Merrimack Razia and abandoned monastery, which is the 280 AP zone which we don’t have. Those all now can have loot, scrolls active and they actually work there. Now that might mean that if you invest energy in notes, that could also affect that as well and also the new tigress fever time that I mentioned in the last patch notes. Video that also effects it as well. But with the increased item drops, the chance of obtaining rare items in these areas has also been slightly lowered kind of really depend on how much you grind here.
Obviously we’re gon na go for levels. It’S gon na be a good thing, just being able to use loose curls here, it’s gon na be good, but we’ll see we’ll see. I don’t really like it personally, because there isn’t, like a big money, drop that that drops here right now in Merrimack. You have maybe the forest Furies right now that are pretty high in price, but we don’t know how long those are gon na be a high price right now they used to be main price to oblivion, while Terra belts aren’t really that expensive. Now so we’ll see we’ll see and that’s pretty much it guys global as PC patch notes done. Let me know what you thought about these new succession. Buffs, these new grind zones.
Do you think that guy fan ratio looks pretty cool? I think it’s a good change. Overall, I think it’s gon na be more interesting and maybe make people grinder more we’ll see. Hopefully, the combat XP reduction isn’t too bad. Maybe it will actually compete with Merrimack for XP they’ll be very exciting. Having maybe two spots are maybe comparable to each other so that we have more options as to how to grind past 62 and yeah.
