Genshin Impact Quick guide for best food from 4* characters By: Dracorvo


I was looking up the specialty meals for my characters, and realised that some of the 4* character dishes are actually quite powerful. I know people don’t pay much attention to food after a certain point in the game, but I thought it might be useful for early/mid-game players looking for easy restores of HP, revive, or stamina:

Best Revive: Sucrose’s Nutritious Meal (V. 593)

  • Revive with 20% HP + 1500 HP

  • Base Dish: Crab, Ham & Veggie Bake

Best HP Restore: Razor’s Puppy-Paw Hash Brown

  • Restores 40% Max HP + 2,350 HP

  • Base Dish: Mondstadt Hash Brown

  • Ganyu’s Prosperous Peace (base: Universal Peace) is the same

Best HP Regen: Xiangling’s Wanmin Restaurant’s Boiled Fish

  • Restores 34% Max HP and another 980 HP/5s for 30s

  • Base Dish: Black-Back Perch Stew

  • Zhongli’s Slow-Cooked Bamboo Shoot Soup (Bamboo Shoot Soup) and Jean’s Invigorating Pizza (Mushroom Pizza) are the same

Best Stamina Restore: Chongyun’s Cold Noodles with Mountain Delicacies

Best Stamina Reduction: Barbara’s Spicy Stew

  • Reduces stamina consumption of sprinting by 25% for 25 mins!

  • Base Dish: Cream Stew

  • Venti’s A Buoyant Breeze (Barbatos Ratatouille) is better also reducing gliding, and lasting 30 mins, but he’s a 5* option
