Hello everyone I’m Broughy1322 and in this video I’ll be going over the various vehicle discounts that are now active in GTA Online as of Thursday 24th September 2020. All of these are gonna be available for 1 week until Thursday 1st October. The podium vehicle this week is the DR1, which can be won by spinning the Lucky Wheel in the Casino. It’s in the Open Wheel class and normally sets you back just under 3 million dollars. As we saw from the recent lap time and top speed videos for the Open Wheel class, the DR1 can be set up to have the highest top speed in the class, but isn’t able to compete with the BR8 for lap time regardless of setup. Still worth winning for free though and selling your current one if you already own it to get some money back. The Premium Race this week is Muscle In, which is an old style lap race in the city for the Muscle class.
You’re going to be looking at using the Yosemite and Clique here, though the Pisswasser Dominator and Sabre Turbo Custom will be competitive too. Also, the Regular Time Trial this week is Observatory, with the RC Time Trial being Vespucci Canals. In terms of regular vehicle discounts, it’s quite a strange selection this week. There’s still the 50% discounts on a number of Sports Classics cars which at this point must be a bug Rockstar can’t fix given how long they’ve been available. However you’ll also be able to get 40% off the original Infernus, cutting its price down to just over a quarter of a million dollars, as well as 40% off the Rocket Voltic and Titan, plus 30% off the Stromberg. You can of course find out the lap times, top speeds, and tiers of all of the vehicles that I’ve mentioned here by checking out the playlist and video links in the description and pinned comment. In terms of discounts specifically for Amazon Prime Gaming members who’ve linked their Rockstar Social Club accounts, you’ll get 70% off the Drift Yosemite, taking it from 1.3 million dollars to just under 400,000 (or just under 300,000 if you have unlocked the trade price). You can also get 40% off the new Yosemite Rancher, making it cost 420k rather than 700k to convert it in Benny’s from a regular Yosemite (which you’ll need to buy first for just under 500k). The Rancher is nowhere on the pace for the Off-Roads class but the Drift Yosemite can be competitive in some Muscle car races depending on the track.
It does have a woeful top speed though. I’d also like to thank ExpressVPN for sponsoring today’s video. ExpressVPN basically serves as a bridge between your device and the internet. You can also use it to pretend you’re in another country to get around location restrictions for video streaming services. With your money refunded if you’re not happy within 30 days, and a service that just works with no tricky setup, it’s definitely worth checking out. Use the link in the description to head to expressvpn.com/broughy and get 3 months free on a 12 month plan. Other miscellaneous bonuses this week include double money on Bunker sell missions, Survivals, and MOC missions. There’s also 40% off Bunkers and Mobile Operations Centres, with 35% off MOC renovations and 30% off Bunker renovations. I’ll be back with another video just like this next Thursday, the 1st October, where once again we’ll go through everything that’s changed. Feel free to subscribe and turn on notifications so you don’t miss it. Thanks a lot for watching everyone, and I’ll see you next time.
