Hi everyone, it’s Kay! Welcome to the spectre showcase for Kay’s spectre summoner for 3.12 heist league. In this video, I’ll demonstrate the Rusty Crusher, using the 3.12 version of my Pure Spectres build, with double clusters. I’ll start by showing them in T16 tropical island and a Mino kill, followed by a quick description, where to get them, and finally the gear and gems. Next, I’ll give a quick description and show you where to get them. The rusty crusher is another tanky robot spectre from Heist. It mainly uses a pure-phys melee-attack, but it also has an aoe slam, and a laser beam. Both special abilities have long cooldowns, so the best way to scale the overall DPS is focusing on the melee-attack and using cold conversion. You can get the spectre from the tunnels. The safest place to raise a spectre is actually outside the tunnels.
Desecrate and look for the corpse, then raise one spectre. You can then go back to your hideout to raise more. And I recommend following my guide for saving spectres in a spectre bank. The 3.12 version of my Pure Spectres build allows you to easily change spectres just by swapping the gloves and some gems. So, for the rusty crusher, the 6-link is: Raise Spectre, Minion Damage, Predator, Melee Physical Damage, Elemental Damage (with Attacks), and melee splash. I recommend Elemental Damage because of cold-conversion. And melee splash to help with clear speed. For endgame bosses, swap in multi- strike for more DPS. For the auras, use Vaal Haste and hatred link to generosity. The Wand and shield have: Desecrate, spell cascade, bone offering. And Arma brand, convocation, tempest shield. For this video, I just swapped Bone Offering to Flesh offering to reduce visual clutter. But you can use Victario’s Charity with Holy Flame totem to generate frenzy charges if you want more DPS.
For the gloves, I used Triad Grip with 4 green sockets for 100% cold-conversion. The gems are Dash, Second Wind, Phase Run and Enhance. I set Phase Run to left mouse button, with ‘always attack without moving’, to auto-cast it. In the boots, the gems are: Animate Guardian, Carrion Golem, Feeding Frenzy and Elemental Army. Lastly, the curse is Frostbite. Overall, the rusty crusher feels very similar to the goodboy. It has good single-target damage and can kill endgame bosses effectively.
But clear speed is a bit slow like all melee spectres. The laser beam does help to kill monsters at medium range, but the cooldown makes it kinda useless. It does look pretty cool though! OK, I hope you enjoyed this spectre showcase. Let me know what you think in the comments below. Thanks for watching. bye!｡₀: *ﾟ✲ฺ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و✲ฺﾟ*:₀.
